Note that handcrafted jewelry will include subtle differences, even when a design is reproduced. Please allow for these slight variations, as no two pieces of handmade jewelry can be identical.

What if I want to order something but in a different color(s)?

All orders are customizable. 

Certain product types will prompt for customization options when adding item to cart.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

Each item is handcrafted at the time of order. Please allow for 5-15 business days for item to be shipped.

Are you able to fulfill bulk/wholesale orders of breast cancer awareness ribbon earrings?

Yes blank ribbons may be purchased in bulk at a discounted rate. 
For bulk orders of personalized ribbons there will be an extra fee.

How do I use my eGift card?

Add items to your cart. When you are finished with your shopping, click your cart and select 'Checkout'. Enter the 12 or 16 digit code (without dashes) in the box that says 'Enter Promo Code' and select 'Apply'. The amount of your gift card will be subtracted from your balance; minus any taxes and/or shipping fees. If there is a balance you will be prompted for a secondary method of payment.
